Hope Bullock III

Hope A. Bullock III has more than 20 years of experience in Public Works civil engineering projects. After founding BA, Inc. in 2004, he has led a team of diverse engineers, as CEO and President, and has built a foundation of delivering with quality and timeliness in the areas of utility engineering and drainage design. Hope has performed successfully on several high-profile design-build transportation projects, including the Gold Line East Side Light Rail Extension and the Exposition Light Rail Extension Phase I and II. His experience with local agencies and municipalities, such as Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), Los Angeles County and Los Angles City Bureau of Engineering (LABOE) has proven invaluable in his project deliveries.

Jorge Salmeron, P.E.

Jorge Salmeron, P.E. has more than 15 years of experience in civil engineering and Public Works projects, with an emphasis in utility design and coordination. His extensive expertise includes work on many high-profile transit and transportation orientated projects, including the I-405 Sepulveda Pass, Regional Connector and Crenshaw/LAX. Jorge has worked on several challenging projects as BA Inc.’s Chief Engineer, allowing him to demonstrate his leadership abilities as an individual and team player. With experience on a number of projects ranging in size from $2 Million to more than $1 Billion, Jorge brings a well-rounded management style, equipped with communication, time management, and resource allocation skills.

Kate Suenram, P.E.,

Kate Suenram, P.E. has more than 15 years of experience within civil engineering in both design and construction. Throughout her career, she has worked on a variety of transportation and utility projects, both as Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, and has experience in utility design; transportation and transit facility design; technical specification and cost estimate preparation; processing entitlements; bid phase support; construction support; multi-agency coordination; and project scoping and contracting.
