Mr. Bullock has been President of BA Inc. for the past seven years; growing the firm from a one man shop into a dynamic team of 30. Hope offers an extensive experienced background in Transportation Engineering. Under the direction of Mr. Bullock, BA Inc. has secured and performed on several of the country’s largest Design-Build Projects.


MARLON JONES, P.E. Executive Vice President/Chief Engineer

Mr. Jones Joined BA Inc. in 2009 offering an extensive project background and experience with numerous governing agencies. Mr. Jones brings excellence in managing and meeting fast-track schedules for projects adding value to our clients to meet the needs of quality deliverables. As the firm principal, Marlon has led and managed its most complex and multifaceted projects, including the nation’s largest project, The I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening.
